Eligibility for Returns

Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us clear photos showing the issue, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider first, as processing times may vary.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet.
After that, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as orders are sent to our suppliers for fulfillment.
